A CUSTOM EMAIL CAMPAIGN WILL GO OUT TO HUNDREDS OF THE STATE'S MOST PRODUCTIVE AGENTS, ADVERTISING THE HOME, INCLUDING A LINK TO THE PROPERTY WEBSITE (WHICH ENCOMPASSES ALL MAJOR REAL ESTATE OFFICES WHO PRACTICE IN PARDISE VALLEY AND SCOTTSDALE).

30 MINUTES (OR MORE, IF NEEDED) PRIOR TO ALL SHOWINGS BROKER WILL ARRIVE EQUIPPED WITH A PERSONAL LEAF BLOWER TO TOUCHUP ANY PATIO SPACES OR WALKWAYS, A RAKE SHOULD THE GARDEN HAVE GRAVEL WHICH NEEDS RAKING, TOWELS SHOULD ANYTHING NEED CLEANING UP, AND A NUMBER OF MINOR CLEANING SUPPLIES 

ALSO PRIOR TO SHOWINGS THE BROKER WILL ENSURE ALL BEDS ARE MADE, ALL PILLOWS ARE CORRECTLY POSITIONED, ALL RUGS ARE IN THEIR PLACE OR REMOVED AND ANY AND ALL REMAINING PET EVIDENCE IS REMOVED AND RELOCATED
